Obituary For Millie "Bernice" Eason Calloway

Funeral service for Millie Calloway, 71, of Opelika, AL, will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel, Reverend Curtis L. Carlisle will officiate. (Facial covering is required)

Mrs. Calloway, who passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL, was born March 10, 1951 in Sanford, FL.

Public viewing will be Friday, August 5, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Facial covering is required).

She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Reverend Thomas Calloway of Opelika, AL; one granddaughter, Jasmine Johnson of Opelika, AL; two great grandchildren, Onaistie Johnson and James Johnson III both of Opelika, AL; two sisters, Patricia Jones of Albany NY and Sandra Gail McGriff of Rochester NY; three brothers, Lonnie McGriff, Johnathan Eason both of Albany NY and Ronnie McGriff of Rochester NY; two sisters-in-law, Minnie (Joe) Mackey of Cusseta, AL and Christine Calloway of Columbus, GA; host of nieces, nephews, a longtime friend, Evelyn Trammell and many other devoted friends.
