He is survived by his brother, Daniel Lucious Hill Jr., New Bern; nieces, Joanne Blount Blackwell, Bettie Yarber, Lilly Jeffers, Shirley Parker, Linda Godette, Stephanie Hill, LaTanya Hill-Higgins (Quintin), Donna Hill, Jennifer Jones(Dwight); nephews: William Blount (Adrian), Orlanda Blount (Brenda), Daniel Bennett (Patricia), Lamont Brown (Patsy), Daniel Brown, James Brown, Elston Hill, Dexter Hill (Deborah), David Hill, Jr.(Helen), Charles Olden, Jr.(Renee).
