Obituary For Dennis Wayne Smith

Dennis Wayne Smith, 64 and the husband of Sharon K. Smith Passed away from an extended illness Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, KY.

In addition to his wife, Dennis is survived by his son; Dennis Embry Smith, and two grandchildren; Jayden Embry Smith and Karter Reign Rucker.
