Howard D. Lightfoot, 93, of Richmond, died July 1, 2022. Surviving are three daughters, Cassandra Wilkerson (Jarrell), Robin West-Bey (Fred) and Lisa Scott (Johnny); two sons, Howard Jones (Diane) and Wayne Lightfoot (Anita); 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 brothers; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Friday, July 8 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Rev.
