Larry Richardson was born on January 11, 1955 in Fort Pierce, FL to the late Lillie Mae Gamble and was raised by his loving grandmother and grandfather, Henrietta and Levi Richardson whom he loved and cherished dearly. As a child he regularly attended church with his grandmother - under the leadership of Rev. Charlie C. Byrd (whom he fondly admired and respected). He was taught by his grandfather the skills of repairing ‘small engines’.

Larry and Cynthia loved and enjoyed all of their children, grandchildren and godchildren dearly.
