Mr. Donnie Lee Locklear, Jr. 71, was born on Thursday, December 14, 1950 and departed this life on Sunday, April 10, 2022.

Memorial service will be held at Emmanuel AME Church, 2018 Riddle Rd. Durham, NC on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family and friends.
