Reginald “Wayne” Parks was born in Albany, Ga on February 16, 1966, Ga. He was the beloved son of Janice Williams and Albert Favors Sr. He was raised by the late Bonnie Favors. He was preceded in death by father Albert Favors Sr, brother Kenny Wayne Favors; sisters, Paula Parks and Lafonda L. Favors; and son, Tavaris Randall.

He received his formal education in the Atlanta Public School System. He was employed as a truck driver and loved being on the road. He was spiritually aware and believed in “The Creator”.

Wayne leaves to cherish his memories; mother Janice Williams, sisters Cathy Flood (John), Yalonda Favors Corwin (Russell), Shakerria Fields, Michelle Favors; brothers; Albert “Tracy” Favors Jr, Albert “Poppa” Favors Jr, Phillip Favors, Cedric Shiloh and Timothy Huff; daughter; Victoria Jernigan; son Reginald Jernigan; grandchildren Tavaris Randall Jr, Miquans Allen, Joshua Williams Jr, Jesus Williams and Jordan Williams; countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
