Jean Orel Victor was born on August 28, 1942 to the late Jane Marcelot and Lormilien Victor. A man of great love and character, was he. Jean was always noted as a hard worker. Before coming to the United States, he was a farmer in Haiti for 18 years. Upon his migration to the United States in 1980, he worked in construction for 32 years. In this life, he managed to find love and married the love of his life, Solange Alexis, in 1966. In his free time, he loved to work in his garden and perform charity work for his home land, Haiti.

On February 27, 2022, the life journey for Jean Orel Victor was complete and it is now time to rest. He was preceded in death by his wife, Solange Alexis-Victor and son, Yves Walter Victor.

Left to cherish his precious memories are his children, Marie Josee Victor, Marie Yolaine LaFortune, Jean Junior Victor, Chantale Victor, Jude Victor, Harold Victor, Roseline Victor, Adeline Victor; 22 grandchildren, Sherlley Jacques, Daphney Jacques, Rebecca Jacques, Gorvens Jacques, Cynthia LaFortune, Britney LaFortune, Kenson LaFortune, Micah Dormeus, Carla Dormeus, Olivia Dormeus, Kayla Victor, Noah James Victor, Stephanie Victor, Olivia Victor, Marco Victor, Christerley Victor, Mali Victor, Ralph Victor; brother, Venoic Victor; neices/nephews, Zenant Victor, Ilourdes Victor, Lorence Victor, Immaculee Victor; and a host of other family members and sorrowing friends who will miss him dearly.

Public visitation for Jean Orel Victor will take place on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Stone Brothers Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL. Funeral services will convene on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at First Haitian Church of the Nazarene in Fort Pierce, FL beginning at 10:00am. Burial will immediately follow in Riverview Memorial Park.
