Obituary For Georgia Mae Hall

Mrs. Georgia Mae Hall was born October 7, 1943 to the late George and Cleo Jarrells of Siloam, Georgia. She was one of nine siblings, seven of whom proceeded her in death: Anne Margaret Lawrence, Marjorie Jarrells, Nettie Battle, George Jarrells, Leon Jarrells, Clarence Jarrells and Cola Mae Turner.

She joined New Springfield Baptist Church at an early age. She remained a faithful servant until her health failed. Mrs. Hall served as a food service worker for the Greene County School System for over thirty years. She really enjoyed fishing, going to the Atlanta Braves Games and loved spending time and making memories with her family. Mrs. Georgia Mae Hall was also an Eastern Star and served her community. She was well known for her good cooking. She was always a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on and she gave the best hugs. To know her was to love her.

On Saturday, February 19th, 2022 the Lord called Mrs. Georgia home, where she is now free from sickness and pain.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one sister Mrs. Bonnie (Donnie) Allison; four children: Fredrick Hall (Annette), Kathy Hall, James Hall and Larry Hall (Vera).

Hosts of grands and great grands that she loved deeply. A host of nieces and nephews that she loved as her own and other relatives and friends.

To my best friend, my mom, MY GRANDMOTHER You are truly truly missed. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. When you left a great part of me went with you. I'm oh so blessed to have had you as my grandmother the things you taught me well us (the family) we will carry forever the love you shown will never be replaced. One thing for sure you taught us how to be there for one another and love each other unconditionally. Lets just say its true when they say angels on Earth do indeed exist.
