Mrs. Katrina Carter transitioned from this life December 27, 2021. Her funeral will be held 12:00PM at Woodard Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 8, 2022, with visitations starting 1hr prior to the service at the chapel. Woodard Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
