Obituary For Ruth Burnett

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name, In life we loved you dearly; in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.

Ms. Ruth Burnett 95, of Warrenton, NC departed this life on Saturday December 4, 2021 at Maria Parham Health Henderson, NC.

Ruth leaves, not to mourn, but to cherish her precious memories: her three loving Granddaughters: Toney Burnett of the home who took care of her until her passing; Ronda Ross; and Natiki Williams Shuron of Baltimore Maryland; a niece and nephew she helped raise as her own Virginia Perry of East Orange, NJ; and Willie Christmas (Barbara) of Garner, NC, one brother Joseph Burnett (Jackie) both of Warrenton, NC; Eight Greatgrandchildren; Two great-greatgrandchildren; a special cousin Elizabeth Watson who she talked to every day; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whom she loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11:00 AM at United Solid Rock Faith Ministries, Warrenton, NC. Burial will follow at Greenwood Baptist Church cemetery.
