James Edward "Bushead" Butler, Jr., 62, of Richmond, departed this life November 9, 2021. He was preceded in death by his sister, Shelia Butler. Surviving are his daughters, Toria Frazier, Ashley Butler and Jameshia Harris; parents, Marie Butler and James Butler; five granddaughters; five sisters and three brothers; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where viewing will be held Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, November 19, at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
