Mrs. Priscilla Griffin Davis; beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to so many; departed her earthly home on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Priscilla was born on May 21, 1963 in Terry Town, New York, to the late Colen Lee Flowers and Lucille Griffin Flowers.

Priscilla attended West Brunswick High School and graduated from Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Bronx, New York in 1981. She furthered her education at Southeastern Community College in Whiteville, North Carolina. Priscilla had a lasting career in Customer Service Management for 30 plus years with Bi-Lo and Food Lion Grocery Stores.

She was a faithful member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, Gastonia, North Carolina. Priscilla loved spending time visiting family and friends. But if you knew Priscilla, she loved to go shopping to find a good deal. She had a heart of gold with a beautiful soul inside and out. A piece of our hearts will truly be missed; we love you dearly, but God loves you best.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Richard Brown and Gordon Griffin.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Drafton Davis, her loving daughter, Shavon (Dorsett) Griffin of Gastonia, North Carolina; her nurturing son of the home,Vincent Davis; her loving grandson, Christian Danner; 4 loving granddaughters; Gabrielle, Kelsey, Lauren, and Khloe Griffin all of Gastonia, North Carolina, her mother, Lucille Flowers of Mt. Vernon, New York; 2 sisters, Rita and Lisa Flowers of New York, 1 brother, Lajuan Jones of Fayetteville, North Carolina; honorary siblings, Janice (Ollan) Vaught and Darryl Tisdale; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and friends.

The family will receive friends at Costner Funeral Home Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 6:00 until 7:00 pm

Public viewing at the funeral home Tuesday from 4:00 until 9:00 pm

Peoples Funeral Home of Shallotte, North Carolina will be in charge of services on Thursday, October 14, 2021
