Obituary For Mr. Clarence Andre Gardner

His Arrival & Faith Mr. Clarence “Andre” was born to parents Exieree Sims Gardner and the late Clarence Gardner in Griffin, Georgia. He confessed to Christ at an early age and join Towaliga County Line Baptist Church. Clarence was educated in the Lamar County school systems, where he graduated from Lamar County Comprehensive High School. After he completed his graduation, he served in the United States Army as a Medic from 1984 to 1987. He also served as a Printing Press Operator Supervisor. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, listening to music, cooking specialty meals, and spending time with friends and family. He enjoyed a good movie and westerns. Andre was a loving and devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, and brother, and a father figure to his nieces, nephew, and great- nieces and nephews. He affectionately known to the little ones as “Poppa”! His Departure Andre was preceded in death by his father, and his earthly journey came to a end on September 19, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memory; his loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Wanda G. Gardner of Barnesville; his mother, Exieree Sims Gardner; daughters, Alexis Gardner and Amber Gardner, both of Barnesville; sons, Mr. Christopher Linton of MI and Mr. Alex Gardner of Barnesville; five grandchildren. Caiden Linton, Chase Linton, Kailani Linton, Laylah “Laylah Bug” Gardner, and Landon “L A” Price; one siter, Mrs. Teresa (Robert) Vaughn of Virginia; two brothers, Mr. Kenneth “Kent” Gardner of Griffin, GA and Alan “Chip” (Barbara) Gardner of Savannah; Sisters-in-laws; Ms. Jessie Hugh of Barnesville, Georgia, Ms. Rose “Babysitter” Hugh of Barnesville, Georgia. Ms. Gloria Dixson of Barnesville, Georgia, Mrs. Tensey (Elijah) Williams of Clovis, New Mexico, a brother in love, Gregory Jacobs of Barnesville, GA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who all will miss him dearly
