Wanda D. Benning-Gill was born on September 19, 1969 in Mobile, AL to Catherine and Charles Benning Sr. She transitioned from time to eternity on August 15, 2021 at Singing River Hospital in Moss Point, MS. Wanda confessed Christ at an early age where she united with Greater Union Missionary Baptist Church. Wanda attended S.S. Murphy High School. Wanda was preceded in death by her daughter (LaKeshia, her mother (Catherine) grandmothers, aunts and uncles. She leaves to cherish her memory; husband Robert Gill, her children Octavia Benning, Joseph(Ishemia)Benning Sr.,All of Moss point, Ms. one devoted brother, Charles (Katrina) Benning Jr. of Semmes, AL, four grandchildren; TyKeshia ,Travon, Joseph Jr. and Jamari, one niece Kaliyah Benning, one nephew Charles Montreal Benning, a special friend like a sister Mary Blake, Godchildren Roshana Blake and Darrell Anderson. A host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
