Ms. Nicole Renee Jones, 46, of Columbus, GA passed on Monday, August 9, 2021 in Columbus, GA.

Graveside service will be held Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. EST at Evergreen Memorial Park with Rev. Kenyatta Jones, officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 1-5 p.m. EST.

Nicole Renee Jones, daughter of Ms Patricia Jones and Mr Mel Long was born on ninth month on the 26th day in the year of nineteen hundred and seventy four.

Nicole accept Christ at a early age in life and was baptized at Bethel AME Church of Pittsview Ala. She was a graduate of the George Washington Carver high school class of 1992 of Columbus Ga. Nicole was in the top 10 of her graduating class, graduated with Honors. Upon completion of high school she joined the United States Navy where she served active duty from 1992-1996 in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. She was employed at Regions bank as a Bank Teller until 2018. On Monday in eighth month on the 9th day in the year of two thousand twenty one Nicole made the transition and departed her loved one to Unite with our Heavenly Father.

She leaves behind her one and only beloved son Brian D. Jones of Elpaso Texas, her mother Patricia Jones of Columbus Ga, her father Mel Long(Lillie) of Phenix city Ala, her brother Kenyatta Jones of Columbus Ga, her sister Tori Jones of Columbus Ga, she has a host of aunts and uncle she leaves behind to cherish her memories, she has a host of nieces and nephews, family members, as well as friends
