Bishop Pasco received his Fire Science College Degree and was certified by the State as a Fire Inspector, Haz Mat Instructor and Fire and Arson Investigator. He was employed with The City of Oldsmar Fire Rescue serving in the capacity of a Fire Rescue Lieutenant and Shift Captain. He retired in August 2008, after 15 years of service. Bishop Pasco served as the Presiding Bishop at The Community Holiness Church of God For All People.
Bishop James I. Pasco, Jr. departed this life on Monday, July 29, 2021, at Trinity Medical Center in Pasco County, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his son, Israel Lamont Pasco, father, James I. Pasco, Sr., mother, Sally Estella Neal Pasco, brothers, Evangelist Charlie R. Pasco, Sr. and Evangelist Milton Pasco and grandparents, Mr. Ivory Pasco, Mrs. Annie Mae Pasco and Mr. Roy and Mrs. Rodann Reid.
