Obituary For Mr. Ronald Lee Lowe

Mr. Ronald Lee Lowe, 73, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, surrounded by his family at WFBH High Point Medical Center. He was born on April 5, 1948, in High Point, NC to the late William Moser and Christine Chavis Williams. He was also preceded in death by one son, Cedric Steele; two brothers, Billy Boger Chavis and Larry Williams; one sister, Duella Sturdivant.

He attended High Point City Schools and completed his education at Laurinburg Institute.

“Ronald Lowe” as he was affectionately called, was a happy fun loving person. He knew everyone in High Point, and everyone knew him. He could make you laugh in any conversation no matter how serious the topic was. He will be missed along with his amazing and funny humor. He enjoyed working on cars. Ronald spent many days in his nephew Tony’s mechanic shop. He also enjoyed meals prepared by his niece, Patricia.

He leaves forever lasting memories, one brother, Michael (Debra) Lowe of Greensboro, NC; two sisters, Carolyn Singleton of High Point, NC and Terry (Gene) Turner of Charlotte, NC; one sister-In-law, Judy Williams; four grandchildren, Jermaine, Cedtric Jr, Quadajiah, Kymani; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held Monday, July 12, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow at Carolina Biblical Gardens. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 12:00 p.m. until 12:30 p.m. Mr. Lowe may be viewed on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Final arrangements are entrusted to Phillips Funeral Service, Inc.
