Mr. Billy Foster was born on May 17, 1956 to the union of Robert Lee and Willie Ruth Foster. He was the fourth son of eight children of this union Billy was employed by Tyson Foods of Carthage, Mississippi where he dedicated almost 30 years until his health failed.

He joined Mt. Moriah MB Church at an early age and he knew and loved the Lord. Billy married the love of his life Iva Sue (Dorothy) Foster. To this union no children were born but they loved and cherished their God daughters Sabrina Sam and Wanda Brooks. On May 27, 2021 Billy lost his battle with his illness but gained his crown with our heavenly father. Proceeding him in death are his parents, Willie Ruth and Robert Foster, his wife Iva Sue (Dorothy) Foster and one brother R.L. Foster

He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving God children Sabrina Sam (and family) and Wanda Brooks (and family), three brothers Robert Earl Foster, James (Freda) Foster, and Leotha Foster: all from Kosciusko, MS; four sisters Mary Hughes from Chicago, IL, Dorothy (Jeffrey) Mallett, Margie (Stennis) Thompson from Kosciusko, MS, Anne (Jon) Smith from Jackson/Yazoo, MS He also leaves to cherish his memories his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephew and a host of other relatives and
