MR. JOHNNY WEBB
MR. JOHNNY BERRY WEBB was born on February 15, 1950 in Union County, NC. He departed this life on March 19, 2021. He was the son of the late Willie Webb Sr. and Mary Lee Webb. Johnny was a truck driver since the age of 17. He owned his own trucking company which allowed him to drive across different states. He was a member of Langford Chapel for years and was ordained as a Minister while he was there. He is preceded in death by his wife, Irene Webb; brother, Charles (Bubba) Webb; and sister, Peggy Webb. He leaves to cherish his memories his children: LeShelle Hailey of Monroe, NC, John (Charlene) Webb of Hartsville, SC, Terry Webb of Monroe, NC, David Webb of Pageland, SC, Tiffany (Sandwell) Huntley of Monroe, NC, Shiree Stewart of Monroe, NC and Omar (Emmetris) Webb of Monroe, NC. Stepdaughters, Tina Ballesteros of Oakboro, NC, Sade’ (James) Barrino of Monroe, NC, LaShanda (Dewitt) Huntley of Jefferson, SC and Ajada Williams of Chapel Hill, NC. His oldest brother, Willie (Juanita) Webb Jr. of Monroe, NC. Two sisters, Louise and Annie Lee Webb both of Monroe, NC. Sixteen grandchildren, six geat grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Kizzie (Tommy) Little and Anita Young; brother-in-law, John Little; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
The Homegoing Services will be on Saturday, March 27, 2021, 11:00am, Smith's Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will be in Westview Memorial Park, Highway 74-West, Wadesboro, North Carolina.
The Family will greet family and friends on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 10:30-11:00am at Smith's Memorial Chapel.
Covid-19 restrictions will be in place. All attendees must wear a face mask/covering.
Another Father figure to me of the years of majority of my life. You was â??Papa Johnnyâ?? to my daughter. We shared many many conversations, good times , rough times but all times God has brought us through. We even leaned on each. I will miss you tremendously. Sending prayers to all our loved ones & praying God strength .
