MR. ROY STATON
1947-2020 On April 13,2020, Roy heard and answered the call to return to The Father.
Let the memory of Roy be with us forever.
Born: May 1, 1947, in Anson County, North Carolina Transitioned: April 13, 2020, in Union County, North Carolina
His interment will be May 1, 2020 at the Poplar Hill Missionary Baptist Cemetery.
Sadly, due to the current health crisis, numbers allowed at the service have been severely restricted.
Due to the limited number of attendees a memorial service will be held at a later date at his home church, Poplar Hill Missionary Baptist Church, located in Polkton, North Carolina when it is safe to do so. We look forward to seeing you all then and celebrating the life and send off that he truly deserves.
Cards may be sent to Mrs. Maggie Staton at Post Office Box 674, Lilesville, North Carolina. Plants or flowers may be left on the porch at 411 5th Street, Lilesville, North Carolina.
