Elliott Kelly, Jr., 80, widower of Plummie Lemon Kelly, died Saturday, March 20, 2021 at MUSC, Charleston, SC. He was born August 19, 1940 in Wedgefield, SC, a son of the late Elliott Kelly, Sr. and Alice Kelly.
