NEW IBERIA - Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 25, 2021 at Star Pilgrim Baptist Church in New Iberia, LA for Mr. Wayne McKinlee Jones, 16, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 17, 2021 in New Iberia, LA. Interment will be in St. Matthews Cemetery in New Iberia, LA.

Pastor Donald Right will be officiating the funeral service.

Mr. Jones leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Dwayne Jones and his mother, Geraldine Francisco Jones, both of New Iberia, LA; five brothers, Akeam Daniels, Jude Daniels, Theo Delahoussaye and Travis Celestine, all of New Iberia, LA and Dwayne Jones, Jr. of Youngsville, LA; four sisters, Olena Francisco, Nancy Daniels and Gwendolyn Jones, all of New Iberia, LA and Jalecia Jones of Youngsville, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his brother, Ronald Francisco, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Robert Boutte and Delores Jones; maternal grandfather, Sidney Francisco; and an uncle, Charles Francisco.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 25, 2021 from 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Star Pilgrim Baptist Church.
