Councilman Hilton "Tracy" L. Larkin a resident of Montgomery, AL expired January 3, 2021. Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from Greenwood Cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the Montgomery City Hall City Council Chambers on Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Survivors being comforted with precious members are a loving, devoted wife, Adrienne Daniels Larkin; a loving daughter, Traci Ella Larkin; two sisters, Annie L. Price and Lillian Luke (Bobby Carter); two brothers-in-law, Kenneth Daniels (Rose) and Eric Daniels. He also leaves a niece, Vikki Forte of Irondale, Alabama; two nephews, Kelvin Larkin (Adia) and Kenny Larkin (Srna); a great niece, Lekecia N. Joseph, and a host of cousins and friends. Due to Covid-19, guidelines will be followed and face masks are required.
