Obituary for Wilfred McKenzie Wilfred Elkana McKenzie born September the fourth nineteen hundred and twenty nine, father Daniel McKenzie, mother Estriana Mairs place of birth Knockalva Hanover Jamaica. Married to wife Rita nineteen fifty six(deceased) fathered seven sons Slyston Mckenzie(deceased),Egbert, Ralston, Rodne y, Leon, Glenston and Garfield. Daughters, Brenda McKenzie, Millicent Bernard, Veronica Grey, Lurene Laurent(deceased), Garcia Ewing and Sandria McKenzie also leave behind thirty five grandchildren and twenty three great grand children. Elder McKenzie migrated to the USA in 1959 where he manually picked oranges, in 1962 worked in the sugar cane and corn crop, he traveled back and forth from the US to home, worked in the sugar cane Corp grower from 1962-1968. In 1969 he was naturalize as president of the USA. Worked with the sugar co for over 35 years retire 1994 but then decided to return back to work employed by the Palm beach county school board where he worked from November 1995-2006 then retired at age 77. Enjoyed his retirement visiting back home,working in his yard.

it was my honor to meet this kind , sweet and holly Man . Love listen his conversations with his son about life. It always amazed me how fresh and nice was in his garden when outside was super hot . i will miss this amazing Man dearly!!!
