So very sorry for your loss

Mr. Bobby Carlisle; and Debbie, Vickie, and LeaAnna, and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my wife about three years ago and still miss her every day. There were three Bible verses that helped me greatly which I would like to share with you in hopes that you will find some comfort in them. These verses you can read in your own Bible. First: Revelation 21:1-4 where Jesus promises to do away with death, sorrow, pain and tears. Never again will we have to grieve over the loss of someone we love. John 11:23-25 where Jesus said there would be a resurrection of the dead. Could it be that you could see Billie Jo and all of your dead loved ones back again? If so, where would this be done? Psalm 37:29 tells us that there will be righteous people living on earth forever. So, does this mean that you all, Billie Jo, and other dead loved ones could live together in a completely new world where death is gone forever? Yes, it does. There is more at jw.org. I hope this brings you a little comfort. Steve

I'm so sorry to hear you are grieving the loss of your dear loved one. May you find strength and some comfort in the words found in Nahum 1:7 which reads: Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of distress. He is mindful of those seeking refuge in him. Our loving God cares about us and is ready to bring us comfort if we allow him (1John 5:14). He also has made the provision of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored into a beautiful paradise. Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your dear loved one?
