Johnny B. Patrick

Mr. Johnny B. Patrick was born May 19, 1946 in Sycamore, GA to the late Robert Lee & Daisy Patrick.

He was educated in the Donalsonville City School System. After attending school, Johnny worked for Langdale Forest Products and retired after forty three years of service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee & Daisy Patrick; his first wife, Annie Ruth Patrick; four brothers, Bobby Lee Patrick, Jr., David Pickett, Willie Lee Patrick and Henderson Patrick; one sister, Elizabeth Gleghorn.

On Friday morning, November 13, 2020 at South Georgia Medical Center, Johnny was called to eternal rest.

Johnny leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife, Tammie Henderson Patrick of St. Petersburg, FL; eight children, Melissa Patrick Boyd of Monterey, CA, Daryl McCray, Eric Patrick (Debra), Kendrick Patrick, Sr. (Sandy), Junis Patrick (Ananias), Jalisa Manghram all of Valdosta, GA, Matthew Swinton, Jr. and Shelton Gross, III both of St. Petersburg, FL; two bonus children, Martez Manghram and Christopher Manghram (Shadeshia); twenty-one grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; one brother, Willie T. Patrick (Patricia) of Atlanta, GA; one sister, Velma Minute of Peoria, IL; his mother-in-law, Vivian Henderson of St. Petersburg, FL; two brothers-in-law, Rev. Leonard Johnson (Tonya) of Augusta, GA and Terrol Henderson of St. Petersburg, FL; one god child, Deon Grant, Jr. of St. Petersburg, FL.; two longtime friends, Joe Wright and Nathaniel Jones; also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. at Riverview Memorial Gardens, 3945 N. Valdosta Rd., Valdosta, GA 31602. Pastor Darien Patrick, officiating.

Public viewing will be held Friday, November 20, 2020 from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
