Obituary For Ann Pou

Ms. Ann Pou, 66, of Phenix City, AL passed Monday, November 2, 2020 in Phenix City, AL.

Graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. EST, Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Lakeview Memory Gardens with Pastor Kenneth Wilcox, officiating visitation will be Friday, November 6, 2020 from 12-5 p.m.

Mrs. Pou was born October 4, 1954 to the late David Dawkins and the late Margaret Dawkins. She was a member of Uchee Chapel A.M.E and worked over 20 years with Field Crest Mill.

Suvivors include husband, Curtis Pou; one daughter, Angelia (Anthony) Mitchell; one son, Dexter (Danielle) Pou both of Phenix City, AL; three sisters, Ruby Nell Dawkins, Lois Phillips and Letha (Wayne) McGhee all of Phenix City, AL; one brother, Mercy (Imagene) Dawkins of Lato, AL; 12 grandchildren; one aunt, Susie Miles and a host of other relatives and friends.

November 11, 2020 Dear Pou family , Please receive my deepest condolences. The death of a love one is hard and it was not the purpose of our creator since the beginning. I have a hope that I want to share with you, the hope of the resurrection here on earth made a beautiful paradise. Isaiah 25:8 states, that "Jehovah God will swallow up death forever", in other words he will destroy or wipe out this enemy forever.
