As a child, I spent a lot of time at her house. I used to come over and play chess with George her son. She was always kind to me and generous opening her home to me. I sadden by her departure and I pray comfort for the family.

I will carry in my heart my memories of Aunt Marie. She had an infectious smile that I think of every time I think of her. I was blessed by Aunt Marie and Uncle George with their love and caring and generous hearts. I am thankful to them for the way they raised their family. Aunt Marie was a phenomenal mother as evidenced by both Chuckie and by what I saw in my favorite cousin Dawryn, who we lost way too soon. Thank you and God bless you and keep you in peace Aunt Marie.

Aunt Marie, Growing up and spending time in your home was always a joy. I just want to thank you for all of the fond memories. Running the yard with Toby to eating your sweet potatoes with marshmallows on top!!!! Being able to spend these times with your Grandson & my God Brother Arthur has made them that much more special. Thank You Love, Lutrelle F. Parker III "Trey"

My memories of you will live forever in my heart and on my spirit, Mrs.Parker loved everything about our adventures at Patrick Henry and more. I wrote earlier as her assistant at Patrick Henry and my heart can't say enough about how much she loved everyone as family. She always spoke well of all her family members and friends. I often enjoyed our professional and personal experience. May God bless all who have come to know you with peace at this time. Your " work daughter " Anita V. Byers

Mrs.Parker has given me such a beautiful foundation personally and professionally. I was honored to work as her assistant at Patrick Henry over the years. She has always shared in many of my special occasions. I'm forever blessed by all the many lessons she has taught me over the years. Some say we were like " mother and daughter " at work. I'm definitely missing you, God has gained a lovable and wise Angel. May God send comfort and peace during this time to all family and dear friends.
