Kelvin Lutchmie Persad passed away on August 6, 2020. At the time of his passing at the age of 73, Kelvin was living in Miami Gardens, Florida. Kelvin was born in San Fernando, Trinidad on April 14, 1947. He worked for the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser’s office from February 16, 1972 until the Lord called him home. As he was promoted throughout the years, his current position with Miami-Dade County was as a Real Estate Evaluator #2 from 1985 until he went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. He is survived by Mena Muhammad, his oldest sister; David Prince, his oldest brother; Kathleen Boodram, sister; and Raymond Persad, brother. Kelvin leaves to mourn: Brenda Persad, his wife of 35 years; Matthew Persad, his son; and Miriam Persad, his daughter. A viewing honoring his memory is set to take place on Saturday, August 22, 2020 between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., at the Eric L. Wilson Funeral Home, located at 4631 W. Hallandale Beach Blvd., Hollywood, FL 33023. Our thoughts and prayers goes out to the family.
