Mrs. Alice Mae Hearn, 78 Mrs. Alice Mae Hearn, a kind, obedient, compassionate and loving Christian, opened the book of life on July 19, 1936 at 11PM to the late William H Spencer and Alice Mae Spencer in Dixie Georgia Alice received her spiritual rebirth at an early age at Simmon Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Dixie, Georgia. Later she joined Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church and then Faith Community Baptist Church until her health failed her. She passed from this life on June 6, 2015. Alice was blessed with four children; Valerie DeVeaux Shepard and Barry Hearn (both preceding her in death), Jennifer Hearn and Daris Hearn (Dawn); Seven Siblings: Edna Robinson (Perry), Marilyn Grant (James), Theresa Scruggs, John Spencer (Madilyn), Paul Spencer Sr (Geneva), Cleve Spencer (Annette), James Spencer (Karen); Five Grandchildren: Zaldrina, Trenice, Keyona, Breyeon, Quanice; Eight Great Grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and dedicated sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws. Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Simmon Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Dixie, Georgia with Pastor James Huewitt officiating.
