Ms. Susie as she was affectionately known was born to Johnny and Mattie Davis on June 8, 1937.

Mrs. Susie joined Springfield Baptist Church very early and remained a member until her passing. She was a dedicated church member who served on the Usher and Mother Board.

To care for her family, she earned a living and retired from being a seamstress, a job she enjoyed, along with her passion for cooking. Mrs. Susie was also a wonderful wife and mother to seven children, two that was gone on before her, Lewis and James.

She leaves behind, her husband Willie G Redd and five children: Melissa Harris (Leon), Ulysses Redd (Janice), Jennifer Redd, Rhyn Redd and Showanda Redd along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, two daughter in-laws, a brother Elmon Davis and a sister Rosa Peaks.

Service will be 11am,Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the Cannan Cemetery Greensboro, GA.
