Mr. Charles Downey, age 40, of 1624 Irving Place in Creedmoor, North Carolina departed this life on Friday, June 19, 2020 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Boyd & Royster Funeral Services in Warrenton, North Carolina. Reverend Dr. Angela D. Powell will officiate and deliver the eulogy.

There will be no public viewing for Mr. Charles Downey.
