SPARTANBURG, SC- Mr. Douglas ""Eddie"" Edward Linder, Sr. went home to be with the Lord on Sunday morning, June 7, 2020. He was the son of the late Willie T. and Mary L. Carter Linder, Sr. Mr. Linder was a graduate of Spartanburg High School, Class of 1974. He also served in the U.S. Air Force for four years and retired from INA Bearing Company.

""Eddie"" is survived by his four children, Lakeetra (Tierre) Parks, Andre Linder, Tenisha (Ron) Linder and Douglas Linder, Jr.; his eight grandchildren; his two great-grandchildren; and his two sisters; Brenda L. Linder (Charles) Oates, and Patricia (Joe) Alexander.

Mr. Linder was predeceased by his two brothers, Willie T. Linder Jr. and Freddie D. Linder.

A Celebration of the Life of Douglas ""Eddie"" Edward Linder, Sr. will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside at Lincoln Memorial Gardens, 2310 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, SC.
