Shawn Izell Jones departed this earthly life to go home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. He was born on February 18, 1972 to Izell and Florine Jones.

Today, even though our hearts are filled with great sadness, we are so very blessed to have had these years with him and we rejoice in knowing that he is now in God’s loving care.

Shawn was a proud student of Dillon High School in the class of 1990 and later joined the United States Army.

Shawn’s memories will be cherished by his wife: Teresa Jones of the home; sister: Leslie Jones; brother: Kevin Jones; two half-sisters, a half-brother; his children; a special niece: Miracle Jones; two special childhood friends: Larry Campbell and James Washington and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
