Sheena Dorothea Gilmore was born June 18, 1963 in Gaston County, North Carolina to the late Robert Louis Hall and the late Patricia Ann Gilmore Brazil. She transitioned to her heavenly home on Thursday; March 12, 2020 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia, North Carolina.

She was educated in the Gaston County School System and worked as a Cleaning Technician at Days Inn.

She has been the protector and provider of York Street. She has been the caretaker of any child, the best fish fryer in creation and very unique in her own way. She would give you the shirt off her back if you wanted it. When you would come across Sheena, she might stir you wrong or pick with you. But once you got to know Sheena, the whole world sits in her heart! She will be truly missed and especially by the York Street Families.

Precious memories will forever be cherished by her two brothers: Willie Brazil of Charlotte, NC and Wayne Brazil of Gastonia, NC; her two loving best friends: Redd Harris and Jennifer Wright both of Gastonia, NC and a host of other relatives and friends.
