With an abundance of sympathy, S. Jones F. and C. announces to all that Mrs. Rosa Mae Rush, 83, of Halifax, NC no longer answers to her name on this side because she answered her Heavenly Father’s summons on February 22, 2020 while resting at the Manor Nursing Facility. Before moving back home, "Mae" as she was called by many, was a resident of Waterbury, Connecticut.

The family has reserved Friday, February 28, 2020 for friends and love ones to come and pay their respects during a visitation that is to be held 4 pm - 6 pm in the Reposing Room of S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.

A Service to Celebrate Her Life will be held 11 am, Saturday, February 29, 2020 in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church, 577 E. Franklin St., Enfield, NC 27823. Her body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow in the Enfield Memorial Cemetery.
